Debbi and Kristin put on an amazing raffle with prizes donated from these amazing people:

Thank you to everyone that donated, and thank you again to Debbi and Kristin for all of your help so we can put on another great show for the community!
Members of the Clark Fire Department gathered to take a CPR course from Scott Bagnell with Powell Valley Healthcare to earn or renew their certifications and update their CPR skills and knowledge.

The Clark Fire Department was joined by members of the Belfry Fire Department for a 2 day class taught by Nick Johnson with the Wyoming State Fire Marshal’s Office, on fire dynamics, flow paths, and effective water application. SLICE-RS is a modern approach to structural firefighting that is built on the latest tactics and studies to help firefighters make safer and more efficient attacks during a fire emergency.
The course consisted of a classroom session in which students went over the modern understandings of fire behavior and fuels, and discussed previous case studies where these concepts put firefighters lives at risk; as well as how our current knowledge can be applied in these situations to save the lives of both victims and responders. At the end of the course the students were shown a live-fire demonstration of how these behaviors play out in a real physical space.
